Financial health monitoring specialists, Company Watch, has launched a new service covering unincorporated businesses such as sole traders, partnerships, societies and clubs in the UK.
It is estimated that there are over two million such unincorporated businesses in the UK, which account for a significant proportion of UK commercial activity. These businesses trade without the limited liability protection enjoyed by companies and are not required to file financial accounts of their performance at any registry.
Accordingly, in order to measure the health of these businesses, continuously updated information from a wide range of sources is collated and analysed by Company Watch. These sources include the listing directories, London, Edinburgh & Belfast Gazettes, Registry Trust and Trade Payment data.
The Non-Limited Business Reports contain information, where available, on: Credit Rating; Trading Name; Credit Limit; Payment Experience; Location; Number of years at location; Bankruptcy Information; County Court Judgments; Industry; Employee numbers.
In addition to the above, Company Watch adds a further dimension enabling its customers to enter the accounts of the business, should they be available, in order to gain a full Company Watch H-Score® financial evaluation.
