This company specialised in providing management consultancy services. The members required that the company was placed into Members Voluntary Liquidation as a matter of urgency for personal reasons.

SFP was referred this lead from the Company’s Accountants as their usual MVL provider was unable to act in the timeframe required by the client. As soon as SFP became involved the team worked quickly to ensure that the timelines required were met and the company was placed into liquidation within 1 week.
