QUICK COMPANY CHECK UNDERTAKEN FOR IT RECRUITMENT COMPANY

Overview –

SFP Corporate Solutions were instructed by a lender to undertake a quick company check for a recruitment company with a turnover of approximately £15 million, which was experiencing some cash flow difficulties and creditor pressure.

The Role of SFP Corporate Solutions –

Following the review and a meeting with both management and the lender, a strategy was agreed which incorporated key recommendations from SFP Corporate Solutions’ report. This included preparing detailed cash flow forecasts for the next six months which the company could use to assist with cash planning. SFP Corporate Solutions also assisted with liaising with the company’s key creditors and agreeing payment plans which included two essential suppliers who had commenced legal action against the company.

Outcome –

Following SFP Corporate Solutions’ input the company was able to surmount its current difficulties and continue to trade successfully. The lender is now more comfortable with their position and have been able to work closer with the client and support expansion plans. On a monthly basis SFP Corporate Solutions undertake a review of the company’s cash flow forecasts and financial information to satisfy both parties.
