Our History

SFP was first established in 2002 by brothers Simon and Daniel Plant. In 2005 the company focused its services specifically to meet the needs of the asset-based lending sector and their related customer sectors with the aim of becoming the number one restructuring and turnaround partner in the UK sector.

The company has grown substantially since inception; it now has five associated divisions complementing the main practice. The divisions have been designed to address any eventuality resulting from an instruction from either borrower or lender. The SFP divisions include: SFP Property, SFP Corporate Solutions, SFP Recoveries, SFP Datastore and SFP Brokers.
